I'm Kiana (pronounced like banana) and I've spent the last 2.5 years as a Product Designer, practicing in both B2B and B2C sectors of the ticketing and event tech industry.



In this time, I've realized Design is basically one big exercise in getting people on the same page and making those tough "something's gotta give" calls. However - I haven't been around long enough to just accept "that's how we've always done it" as an answer. I'm still that person in the room asking "but why?" (and honestly, I hope I never stop).



I live for those moments when everything clicks between teams. Maybe it's the connector in me, but there's nothing better than seeing design, engineering, product, and business teams speaking the same language. I'm obsessed with looking at the bigger picture - every decision I make ties back to impact. The best designs aren't worth much if you can't explain how it moves the needle to stakeholders.

I focus on crafting experiences that don't just work well, but solve customer and business problems. The sweet spot is where business goals and user delight meet - and that's exactly where I love to play.
