Led a strategic initiative to implement premium feature pricing through a 6-day Design Sprint with a cross-functional team, using Figjam to facilitate collaborative planning sessions.

The sprint revealed critical challenges around feature monetization and client expectations, where premium features were being provided without appropriate pricing structures, leading to unsustainable development costs and unclear product differentiation.
